Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Audiologist to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. Our ideal candidate will be a compassionate and organized individual with an understanding of the unique needs of our patients. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing quality care.The successful candidate must have a Doctorate degree in Audiology, and must be licensed to practice in the applicable state. They must have a minimum of three years of clinical audiology experience, as well as proficiency in diagnostic testing and the ability to interpret results.We are looking for someone who is professional, patient-oriented, and who can work well within a team environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive hearing evaluations and assessments for patients.
  2. Develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans based on individual needs.
  3. Consult with other medical professionals to determine the necessary course of action for a patient.
  4. Educate patients and their families on hearing health topics.
  5. Recommend and provide hearing aid fitting and adjustment services.
  6. Maintain patient records and documentation.
  7. Monitor patient responses to treatment and adjust plans accordingly.
  8. Stay up-to-date on new treatments and diagnostic techniques.
  9. Participate in continuing education and training opportunities.
  10. Participate in research activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Diagnosis

  • Certificate Of Clinical Competence In Audiology (Ccc-A) From The American Speech-Language Hearing Association (Asha)
