We are looking for an experienced Audiologist to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. Our ideal candidate will be a compassionate and organized individual with an understanding of the unique needs of our patients. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing quality care.The successful candidate must have a Doctorate degree in Audiology, and must be licensed to practice in the applicable state. They must have a minimum of three years of clinical audiology experience, as well as proficiency in diagnostic testing and the ability to interpret results.We are looking for someone who is professional, patient-oriented, and who can work well within a team environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive hearing evaluations and assessments for patients.
- Develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Consult with other medical professionals to determine the necessary course of action for a patient.
- Educate patients and their families on hearing health topics.
- Recommend and provide hearing aid fitting and adjustment services.
- Maintain patient records and documentation.
- Monitor patient responses to treatment and adjust plans accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date on new treatments and diagnostic techniques.
- Participate in continuing education and training opportunities.
- Participate in research activities.
