Master's Degree In Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Or A Related Field From An Accredited Institution.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Mental Health Therapist, Preferably In A Clinical Or Hospital Setting.
State Licensure As A Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Lmhc), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw), Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist (Lmft), Or Other Related License.
Specialized Training Or Certification In A Specific Therapy Modality, Such As Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Cbt), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (Dbt), Or Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Patient Population And Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team.
