  1. Assist in the management and coordination of the Cardiac unit to ensure efficient and effective operation.
  2. Provide support and guidance to the nursing staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
  3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  4. Monitor patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to ensure high-quality care.
  5. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
  6. Manage resources, including staffing and supplies, to maintain a smooth workflow and optimal patient care.
  7. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  8. Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  9. Stay updated on advancements in cardiac care and incorporate best practices into the unit.
  10. Serve as a role model for ethical and professional behavior, promoting a culture of integrity and respect.
  11. Respond to patient and family concerns, addressing any issues and ensuring a positive patient experience.
  12. Support the Nurse Manager in administrative tasks, such as budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
  13. Act as a liaison between the Cardiac unit and other departments within the healthcare organization.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance patient care and staff efficiency.
  15. Attend meetings and trainings as required to stay informed on organizational updates and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field

  • Active Rn License In The State Of Employment

  • Previous Leadership Or Management Experience In A Healthcare Setting

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Cardiac Care Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Cardiac Care Protocols And Procedures, Including Acls And Bls Certifications.
