We are seeking an experienced, dynamic leader to join the Diagnostic Imaging Services team at Kaiser Permanente as Assistant Director. In this role, you will provide direct oversight and be responsible for the operational and financial success of the Diagnostic Imaging Services in your assigned geographic area. This position requires a high level of management, organizational, and technical expertise and a professional demeanor to ensure the highest quality of patient care.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in health care management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting. In addition, the successful candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and the ability to provide strategic leadership and direction. A proven record of achievement in the delivery of excellent customer service, preferably in a large healthcare organization, is essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide direct oversight and be responsible for the operational and financial success of the Diagnostic Imaging Services in the assigned geographic area.
  2. Ensure the highest quality of patient care by maintaining a professional demeanor.
  3. Develop and implement strategies for the delivery of excellent customer service.
  4. Lead team members in a collaborative environment.
  5. Monitor performance and quality metrics.
  6. Develop and implement policies and procedures.
  7. Identify areas of improvement and develop plans for improvement.
  8. Develop and manage budgets.
  9. Provide training and support to staff.
  10. Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
