
Assistant Clinical Director - Emergency
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Assistant Clinical Director - Emergency to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. As part of the Emergency Department, the Assistant Clinical Director will be responsible for providing clinical and administrative leadership. The successful candidate must have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to providing quality care. If you are a highly motivated individual, dedicated to providing excellent patient care, then we would love to hear from you!The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:* Current license in the state of practice as a Registered Nurse* Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field* At least 5 years of nursing practice experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/management position* Knowledge of emergency nursing practice and standards of care* Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Ability to effectively lead, organize, and motivate a team of healthcare professionals
Responsibilites:
- Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the Emergency Department.
- Ensure that quality care is provided to patients.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure quality care and safety.
- Facilitate team meetings and ensure that all staff members are properly trained.
- Monitor patient outcomes and collaborate with other departments to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Participate in budgeting and resource allocation.
- Monitor and resolve any conflicts between staff members.

Board Certified In Emergency Medicine
Current Clinical Privileges In Emergency Medicine
Minimum Of Years Of Clinical Emergency Medicine Experience
