  1. Provide administrative support to various departments and teams within the organization.
  2. Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for executives and staff.
  3. Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
  4. Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  5. Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  6. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  7. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including patients, employees, and vendors.
  8. Assist with budget management and expense tracking.
  9. Conduct research and gather information as needed.
  10. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  11. Monitor and track project timelines and deadlines.
  12. Act as a liaison between departments and facilitate communication and coordination.
  13. Train and onboard new employees on administrative procedures and systems.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  15. Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues and escalate as necessary.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Administrative Coordination Or Project Management In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Coordinate With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs, With The Ability To Learn And Adapt To New Technology Quickly.
