  1. Provide administrative support to various departments within Kaiser Permanente, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

  11. Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Support Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Experience With Electronic Medical Records Systems.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards, Including Hipaa And Osha.
