Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Nursing With A Specialization In Acute Care Or Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.

  • Current And Active State Licensure As A Nurse Practitioner In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Nurse Practitioner In A Surgical Setting, Preferably In Thoracic Surgery.

  • Certification As An Acute Care Nurse Practitioner From A Recognized Certifying Body Such As The American Nurses Credentialing Center (Ancc) Or The American Association Of Critical-Care Nurses (Aacn).

  • Demonstrated Knowledge And Expertise In The Assessment, Diagnosis, And Management Of Acute And Chronic Conditions Related To Thoracic Surgery, Including Pre- And Post-Operative Care.
