  3. Monitor and assess the financial risks associated with changes in healthcare regulations and market trends.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks and improve program performance.
  5. Communicate complex actuarial concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Stay up-to-date with healthcare industry and Medicare trends, regulations, and policies to inform decision-making.
  7. Perform regular audits and reviews to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  8. Develop and maintain actuarial tools and models to support data analysis and reporting.
  9. Provide recommendations and insights based on analysis to support strategic business decisions.
  10. Participate in project teams focused on process improvements and innovation within the Medicare program.
  11. Contribute to the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts for the Medicare program.
  12. Assist in the development of pricing strategies for Medicare products and services.
  13. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and reporting requirements related to Medicare programs.
  14. Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the Medicare program.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Actuarial Work, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Medicare Regulations And Experience With Medicare Pricing And Reimbursement Methodologies.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Sound Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Various Stakeholders.
