  1. Manage and maintain member accounts in an accurate and efficient manner.
  2. Ensure all account information is up-to-date and reflects current member status.
  3. Monitor and review account data for any errors or discrepancies and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  4. Communicate with members regarding their accounts, providing exceptional customer service.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless account management processes.
  6. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy in all account-related tasks.
  7. Maintain confidentiality of all member information and follow HIPAA guidelines.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry changes and regulations related to account management.
  9. Identify areas for improvement in the account management process and suggest solutions.
  10. Assist with member inquiries and concerns related to their accounts.
  11. Prepare and maintain reports related to account management activities.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed on updates and changes in account management processes.
  13. Work closely with other departments to coordinate account management activities.
  14. Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
  15. Uphold the values and mission of Kaiser Permanente while performing all job duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Software.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Account Administration Or Customer Service In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry, Including Regulations And Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.
