- Provide world-class technical support for Juniper Networks' products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of networking to assist customers with their inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues.
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our support systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product updates and changes to ensure accurate support.
- Proactively communicate with customers to provide timely updates and resolutions.
- Identify areas for improvement in our products and services and provide feedback to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge through training and self-learning.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior support engineers.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and confidentiality.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the technical support team.
- Represent Juniper Networks with a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
In-Depth Knowledge And Experience With Juniper Networks Products And Solutions.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or A Similar Role.
Strong Troubleshooting Skills And Ability To Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
