Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technical Support, Preferably In Networking Or Telecommunications.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Juniper Networks Products And Solutions, Including Junos Os.
Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
