- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, acting as a liaison between the customer and internal technical teams.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and product development to ensure the best possible solutions for customers.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or Customer Service In The Networking Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Juniper Networks Products And Solutions, Including Junos Os And Juniper's Routing, Switching, And Security Technologies.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.
Industry Certifications Such As Jncia, Jncis, Or Jncip Are Preferred.
