
Sr. Strategic Account Manager

- Develop and maintain relationships with top strategic customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and understand the unique needs and objectives of each strategic customer, and develop tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, and serve as their advocate within Juniper Networks.
- Build and maintain a thorough understanding of Juniper Networks' products, services, and solutions, and effectively communicate their value propositions to strategic customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Juniper Networks to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to strategic customers.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities within strategic accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth for Juniper Networks.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential risks and opportunities for strategic accounts.
- Provide regular updates on account activities, sales progress, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Act as a mentor and provide guidance to other members of the sales team, sharing best practices and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
- Represent Juniper Networks at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services and build relationships with potential strategic customers.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Strategic Account Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Extensive Knowledge Of Networking And Security Solutions, With A Strong Understanding Of Juniper Networks' Products And Services.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Large, Complex Accounts, With A Focus On Developing Long-Term Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Articulate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Audiences.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field; Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Is Preferred.
