
Sr Partner Account Manager

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters.
- Identify and onboard new partners to expand and diversify our partner network.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and execute on strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate and promote our offerings to partners.
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure partner needs are met and issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with partners to increase revenue and market share.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitive landscape, and partner strategies to inform business decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote our brand to potential partners.
- Mentor and train junior account managers to support their growth and development within the company.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the partner program.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Channel Sales Or Partner Management Within The Technology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Partnerships, Preferably In The Networking Or Telecommunications Space.
Strong Understanding Of The Partner Ecosystem And Channel Programs, With The Ability To Develop And Execute Partner Business Plans.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field, Or Equivalent Experience. Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Is A Plus.
