  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the SLED (State, Local, and Education) market segment, in alignment with Juniper Networks' overall business objectives.
  2. Identify and target potential customers within the SLED market, including government agencies and educational institutions.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within the SLED sector, including CIOs, CISOs, and IT directors.
  4. Understand the cybersecurity needs and pain points of SLED customers and effectively communicate how Juniper Networks' solutions can address these challenges.
  5. Collaborate with the wider sales team to create customized solutions and proposals that meet the specific needs of SLED customers.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on Juniper Networks' cybersecurity offerings and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  8. Utilize CRM tools and sales processes to track and manage sales activities and opportunities.
  9. Work closely with Juniper Networks' partners and resellers in the SLED market to drive sales and expand the company's reach.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Juniper Networks, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  12. Continuously gather market and customer insights to provide feedback and contribute to the development of new products and services.
  13. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to cybersecurity in the SLED market.
  14. Mentor and coach junior sales team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive team success.
