  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive customer reference program, including creating strategies, processes, and policies to identify and cultivate customer advocates.
  2. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand customer needs and identify potential customer reference opportunities.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to establish a network of advocates who can serve as references for our solutions.
  4. Create and manage a database of customer references, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and develop compelling customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials.
  6. Develop and track metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of the customer reference program.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs to continuously improve and refine the customer reference program.
  8. Manage the budget and resources for the customer reference program, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  9. Train and educate sales and marketing teams on how to leverage customer references in their campaigns and sales efforts.
  10. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
  11. Develop and maintain a customer-centric mindset and ensure that customer needs are prioritized in all aspects of the program.
  12. Lead and mentor a team of customer reference program coordinators, providing guidance and support to achieve program objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Preferably In A B2B Technology Company.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing A Customer Reference Program, Including Developing And Executing Strategies To Increase Customer Participation And Roi.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers, Internal Stakeholders, And Executive Leadership.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Customer Advocacy Best Practices And Industry Trends, With A Strong Understanding Of How To Leverage Customer References For Sales And Marketing Success.
