  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  2. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  3. Act as a primary point of contact for partners, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues or concerns.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint business plans and drive alignment with partner strategies.
  5. Utilize market and industry knowledge to identify new partnership opportunities and trends.
  6. Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with partners.
  8. Monitor and report on partner performance, including sales metrics and market share.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competition to inform partnership strategies.
  10. Provide training and support to partners to ensure a strong understanding of Juniper Networks' products and solutions.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing and promotional strategies to support partner initiatives.
  12. Represent Juniper Networks at industry events and conferences to further strengthen partnerships.
  13. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance partner management and drive efficiency.
  14. Stay informed on Juniper Networks' products, services, and solutions to effectively communicate their value to partners.
  15. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Channel Sales Or Partner Management In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Networking Or Telecommunications Industry, With Knowledge Of Juniper Networks' Products And Services.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Partner Relationships, Including Driving Revenue Growth And Achieving Sales Targets.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Partners At All Levels.
