As a Knowledge Enabler, you will play a vital role in empowering our employees and customers with the necessary information and resources to excel in their roles. We are looking for someone with a strong background in knowledge management, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for continuous learning.   1. Develop and implement effective knowledge management strategies and initiatives to enhance employee and customer success.
  2. Create and maintain a repository of knowledge resources, including documents, articles, and training materials, for easy access by employees and customers.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to address them.
  4. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to educate employees and customers on the latest updates and best practices.
  5. Monitor and analyze knowledge usage and feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness of knowledge management processes.
  6. Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and best practices.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in knowledge management, and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external knowledge partners to ensure access to the latest industry information.
  9. Communicate knowledge management updates and initiatives to all employees and stakeholders.
  10. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the smooth functioning of knowledge management systems and platforms.
  11. Serve as a mentor and resource for employees seeking knowledge management support.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and tools related to knowledge management.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to knowledge management.
  14. Contribute to the development and execution of company-wide knowledge management strategies.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Juniper Networks, promoting a culture of continuous learning and knowledge-sharing.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Network Engineering Or Related Field.
