  1. Provide technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Juniper Networks products and services.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  4. Proactively monitor and address customer concerns and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  6. Continuously stay updated on Juniper Networks products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  7. Identify and suggest improvements to processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
  8. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  9. Provide training and guidance to junior customer service specialists and assist with their development.
  10. Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service strategies and initiatives.
  11. Participate in customer meetings and presentations as needed.
  12. Keep track of customer feedback and communicate it to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
  13. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and their satisfaction is met.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service excellence.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to the overall success of the team and the company.
