- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets in the West region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing solutions to drive sales.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and drive successful sales initiatives.
- Utilize data and analytics to evaluate sales performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Continuously assess and improve sales processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing necessary changes.
- Represent Juniper Networks at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and promoting our products and services.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Juniper Networks' products and services, staying up to date on new features and capabilities.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Sales Management, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Revenue Growth And Achieving Sales Targets In The Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Networking And Security Solutions, With A Focus On Enterprise And Service Provider Markets.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Strategic Mindset And Ability To Develop And Execute Sales Strategies That Align With Company Goals And Market Trends.
