As the Trauma Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the trauma program in our hospital. You will collaborate with the trauma team to ensure patient safety, quality of care, and compliance with regulatory requirements.The ideal candidate for this role has experience in trauma management, health care administration, and program development. You should have strong communication and organizational skills, and be able to work effectively with the trauma team. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain the trauma program in the hospital.
  2. Collaborate with the trauma team to ensure patient safety, quality of care, and regulatory compliance.
  3. Develop and implement program policies and procedures.
  4. Develop and manage budgets for the trauma program.
  5. Lead the trauma team in providing quality patient care.
  6. Monitor and evaluate program performance.
  7. Serve as a resource for the trauma team in terms of program development and implementation.
  8. Participate in clinical and educational activities to ensure the highest quality of care for trauma patients.
  9. Maintain and update knowledge of current trends and best practices in trauma management.
  10. Participate in research activities related to trauma care.
