Physician Assistant Resident

They will also perform physical examinations, diagnose and treat illnesses, and order and interpret diagnostic tests. Additionally, they will provide patient education, counsel patients and families, and participate in research projects. This position requires a commitment to excellence and a passion for providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide quality patient care in a team-based setting.
2. Perform physical examinations, diagnose and treat illnesses, and order and interpret diagnostic tests.
3. Provide patient education, counsel patients and families.
4. Participate in research projects.
5. Maintain valid license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the state of Maryland.
6. Develop and implement patient care plans.
7. Monitor and document patient progress.
8. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
9. Adhere to medical protocols and quality standards.
10. Stay current on medical advances and best practices.
