
Peer Support Specialist
Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Peer Support Specialist to join our team. The Peer Support Specialist will provide individuals with understanding, guidance, and support to foster recovery and resilience.The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong personal understanding of mental health and recovery, and be able to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals in need. The Peer Support Specialist should be able to listen and communicate effectively, be comfortable in a team environment, and have excellent problem-solving skills. A minimum of a high school diploma is required for this role.
