Lead Operations Specialist

Responsibilities: -Manage personnel and ensure they are operating effectively and efficiently -Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines -Provide excellent customer service to all patients -Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner -Develop and implement operational strategies and policies -Lead team meetings and provide guidance and direction to team members -Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders -Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement -Analyze data and prepare reports for senior management -Train and mentor new team members
