Job Description

Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is seeking a talented and motivated Interventional Radiology Technician to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and has the knowledge and experience to help us continue to provide the highest level of care. The ideal candidate should have an Associate's degree in Radiology Technology and be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with a specialization in Interventional Radiology. Previous experience in the Interventional Radiology field is preferred. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures and assisting physicians with patient care management. You must have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety and confidentiality. Responsibilities: • Perform a variety of imaging procedures and assist physicians with patient care management • Deliver excellent patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols • Ensure patient safety and confidentiality at all times • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with patients, physicians, and staff • Keep up to date on new technologies and best practices in the Interventional Radiology field • Follow all safety protocols and procedures • Maintain accurate records and documentation • Actively participate in continuing education and training programs
