Responsibilities: • Provide excellent patient care in accordance with the medical center’s values and standards • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure medical information is up to date • Assist medical staff with patient preparation and examinations • Monitor and report patient progress and changes to the medical staff • Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by medical staff • Schedule appointments and tests for patients • Collect and process laboratory samples from patients • Ensure patient safety and security at all times • Comply with all safety regulations and protocols • Maintain medical equipment and supplies • Answer patient phone calls and inquiries • Respond to patient questions and concerns • Educate patients on proper health care and hygiene
