- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets in the designated territory
- Identify and build relationships with key customers in the agricultural industry
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives and promotions
- Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers to effectively promote and sell our products
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for corrective actions
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products and brand
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors in the territory
- Continuously strive to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service and support
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to effectively represent the brand and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Agricultural Or Construction Equipment Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Building Strong Customer Relationships.
Strong Understanding Of The Indaiatuba/Sp Market And The Agricultural Or Construction Industry In Brazil.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
