  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability in the aftermarket business for the designated territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the agricultural industry to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  3. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and develop appropriate action plans.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure successful execution of aftermarket business strategies.
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  6. Develop and manage budgets for the aftermarket business, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  7. Continuously review and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the aftermarket business.
  8. Provide leadership and direction to a team of aftermarket sales representatives, setting clear goals and expectations to drive performance.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and customer needs to anticipate and address potential challenges or opportunities.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote John Deere's aftermarket business and identify potential partnerships or collaborations.
  11. Serve as a product and industry expert, providing training and support to sales representatives and customers.
  12. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Agricultural Or Heavy Equipment Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Aftermarket Parts And Service Sales, Including Pricing Strategies And Distribution Channels.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Dealers.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth In A Territory.
