- Provide guidance and support to employees in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Foster a positive learning environment and create a culture of continuous learning within the company.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as safety protocols, during training sessions.
- Collaborate with other instructors to share best practices and improve training methods.
- Mentor and guide new technology instructors, as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Engineering.
Previous Experience Teaching Technology-Related Courses Or Workshops, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Current And Emerging Technologies Used In The Agriculture Industry, Particularly In Relation To John Deere Products.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Technical Concepts To A Diverse Audience.
Familiarity With Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies To Create Engaging And Effective Training Materials.
