Job Description

John Deere Company is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Program Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a corporate talent acquisition environment and demonstrate a passion for creating and managing successful talent acquisition strategies. If you are an experienced professional with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, we want to hear from you!To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field and at least three years of experience in talent acquisition is required. Previous experience in a corporate environment is a plus. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working with all levels of the organization. Above all, you should have a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
