Software Engineer - HR Technologies

As a Success Factors Software Engineer with the John Deere Global IT Enterprise, you will operate within the IT HR Cloud Technology Agile team, and participate in all aspects of the team's work regarding software analysis, configuration, development, and testing. Develop HR applications and system integrations. Configure and test SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Compensation and Employee Central Participate in discussions with the Scrum and Product teams to develop technical solutions to satisfy business requirements related to HR Cloud Technology Configure and test SaaS systems including SAP SuccessFactors. Analyze assignments and determine software specifications that must be fulfilled to achieve objectives.Follow industry-standard agile software design methodology for development and documentation.
1 or more years experience leveraging DevSecOps and lean development principles (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery)
4 or more years understanding of applications development environment, database, data management, and infrastructure capabilities
1 or more years experience in an Agile/Scrum team environment
1 or more years understanding of full-stack design patterns and crafting loosely coupled architectures
