  1. Develop and implement automation solutions for our factories, utilizing industrial robotics technology to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  2. Design and oversee the installation and maintenance of robotic systems in our factories.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in robotics technology to continuously improve our processes and systems.
  5. Lead and mentor junior engineers in automation design and implementation.
  6. Conduct regular analysis and evaluations of our automation systems to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
  7. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols in the design and implementation of automation solutions.
  8. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to source necessary equipment and components for automation projects.
  9. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and timely completion of automation projects.
  10. Continuously monitor and troubleshoot automation systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  11. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for automation systems.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert for all automation-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to all departments within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Designing, Programming, And Implementing Industrial Robotics Systems.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industrial Automation Systems And Technologies, Including Plcs, Hmi, And Scada.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management, Including Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Budgets.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Technical Issues In A Timely Manner.
