- Develop and implement automation solutions for our factories, utilizing industrial robotics technology to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Design and oversee the installation and maintenance of robotic systems in our factories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in robotics technology to continuously improve our processes and systems.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers in automation design and implementation.
- Conduct regular analysis and evaluations of our automation systems to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols in the design and implementation of automation solutions.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to source necessary equipment and components for automation projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and timely completion of automation projects.
- Continuously monitor and troubleshoot automation systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for automation systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert for all automation-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to all departments within the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Designing, Programming, And Implementing Industrial Robotics Systems.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industrial Automation Systems And Technologies, Including Plcs, Hmi, And Scada.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management, Including Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Budgets.
Strong Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Technical Issues In A Timely Manner.
