Job Description

John Deere Company is looking for an exceptional Senior Customer Support Engineer to join our team and provide exemplary customer service to our clients. This is an ideal role for an experienced, customer-focused professional with a passion for problem solving. The successful candidate will need to exhibit a high level of technical competency and possess a deep understanding of customer service principles. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service-related field and hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. They should also demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills, as well as experience working with a wide range of technologies, hardware, and software. A working knowledge of Agile methodology and experience with customer service processes and tools is highly desirable.
