  1. Develop and implement efficient and effective manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
  2. Design and oversee testing procedures to ensure product quality and reliability.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage program timelines and deliverables.
  4. Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure safe and compliant manufacturing practices.

  11. Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes, procedures, and test plans.
  12. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
  13. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines.
  14. Collaborate with quality control and assurance teams to maintain high levels of product quality.
  15. Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Manufacturing Engineering And Testing In A Production Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Procedures, With A Focus On Efficiency And Quality.

  • Experience With Programming And Troubleshooting Automated Testing Equipment.

  • Familiarity With Six Sigma And Lean Manufacturing Principles, With A Track Record Of Implementing Process Improvements.
