Product Manager, CMS Platform

At John Deere Company, we are searching for an experienced Product Manager with a passion for modern Content Management Systems (CMS) to help us develop and launch our new CMS platform. This individual will have a deep understanding of the entire product development process and will play a key role in the success of the CMS platform.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as several years of experience in product management. In addition to strong technical and analytical skills, the successful applicant should also be a creative problem solver and highly organized with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, development and launch of the new CMS platform.
2. Analyze user requirements and develop product specifications.
3. Identify and evaluate new CMS technologies and trends.
4. Research competitive products and design features to ensure product is differentiated.
5. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure product meets customer demands.
6. Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Develop and implement product strategies to achieve company goals.
8. Create user stories, use cases and other documentation to support product development.
9. Develop and manage project plans and timelines.
10. Prepare product marketing and promotional materials.
11. Train internal and external stakeholders on product use and features.
12. Coordinate with other departments to ensure product is properly integrated with other systems.
13. Analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements.
14. Develop and manage product budgets.
