  1. Collaborate with the IT customer service team to identify and analyze areas for process improvement in order to enhance our customers' experience.
  2. Design and implement solutions to optimize processes and systems, using various tools and techniques.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes, and develop recommendations for improvement.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  5. Provide support for ongoing IT customer service projects and initiatives, including testing and troubleshooting.
  6. Monitor and track performance metrics to measure the success of process improvements and identify areas for further enhancement.
  7. Communicate and present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process optimization and customer service.
  9. Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and streamline processes in order to improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiency.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines.
  12. Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, and proactively seek out opportunities to contribute to the team's goals and objectives.
  13. Attend training sessions and participate in learning opportunities to further develop skills and knowledge in process optimization and IT customer service.
