  1. Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing of agricultural and industrial equipment.
  2. Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process optimization.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
  4. Support the implementation of new equipment and technologies to enhance production capabilities.
  5. Assist in the development and maintenance of project timelines and budgets.
  6. Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide updates on project progress and any potential roadblocks.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  8. Conduct time studies and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in production processes.
  9. Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in problem-solving activities to address production issues.
  10. Work with the engineering team to develop and implement quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology to contribute to the company’s innovation efforts.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to projects, processes, and procedures.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates, share ideas, and address any concerns or issues.
  14. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  15. Embody the company’s values and culture, and represent John Deere in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Currently Enrolled In An Accredited University Pursuing A Degree In Industrial Engineering.

  • Minimum Of One Year Of Relevant Work Experience In A Manufacturing Or Engineering Setting.

  • Knowledge And Proficiency In Engineering Software, Such As Autocad, Solidworks, Or Matlab.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Apply Engineering Principles To Real-World Situations.

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
