  1. Develop and implement occupational health policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  4. Provide guidance and support to management and employees on occupational health matters.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing health programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Manage and maintain accurate records of occupational health data, including injury and illness reports.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on occupational health and safety practices.
  8. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential health risks and make recommendations for corrective actions.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in occupational health and make recommendations for implementation.
  10. Respond to and investigate employee concerns and complaints related to occupational health.
  11. Collaborate with external agencies and healthcare providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for employees.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive occupational health information.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for all occupational health-related inquiries.
  14. Keep management informed of any significant occupational health issues or concerns.
  15. Participate in emergency response and crisis management activities as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Public Health, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Occupational Health And Safety Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Agricultural Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Regulations Related To Occupational Health And Safety, Such As Osha, Epa, And Dot.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Assess Potential Risks And Develop Effective Control Measures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Employees At All Levels On Occupational Health And Safety Practices And Procedures.
