John Deere Company is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated summer intern to join our Marketing/Customer Product Support team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable marketing and customer service experience while helping to support our products. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about learning and possess the following qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills• Highly organized and detail-oriented• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projectsDo you have a knack for understanding customer needs and a drive to develop creative solutions? If so, we want to hear from you! At John Deere Company, you will collaborate with our team of marketing and customer service professionals to deliver outstanding service and experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop innovative marketing campaigns to promote John Deere Company and its products
  2. Research and analyze customer needs to develop creative solutions
  3. Work with the customer service team to ensure excellent customer service experiences
  4. Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and providing solutions
  5. Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve products and services
  6. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
  7. Maintain organized records of customer complaints, resolutions, and feedback
  8. Stay up to date on industry trends and developments
