Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement marketing and customer support strategies that align with John Deere’s brand and customer needs.
  2. Use problem-solving skills to anticipate and address customer needs.
  3. Maintain excellent customer service principles and practices.
  4. Provide customers with product support and troubleshooting.
  5. Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Research and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  7. Create and execute campaigns to drive customer engagement.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
  9. Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers.
  10. Maintain a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
