- Develop and implement efficient and effective assembly processes for John Deere equipment.
- Continuously improve existing assembly processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges in the assembly process.
- Utilize your engineering expertise to design and implement new equipment, tools, and processes that improve overall assembly operations.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations in the assembly process.
- Train and mentor assembly team members on new processes and equipment to ensure proper implementation and execution.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure assembly processes are being followed and products are meeting quality standards.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials needed for assembly.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in assembly technology to continuously improve processes and stay ahead of competitors.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on progress, challenges, and improvements in the assembly process.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as design and production, to ensure seamless integration of assembly processes into the overall manufacturing strategy.
- Take ownership of projects and initiatives related to assembly process improvement and drive them to successful completion.

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In Assembly Processes.
Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Principles And Techniques, Including Lean Manufacturing And Six Sigma.
Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With Designing Assembly Processes And Fixtures.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Improve Assembly Processes.
