- Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit talented individuals for our Initiativbewerbungen Praktika und Abschlussarbeiten program.

Relevant Education: A Degree In Engineering, Agriculture, Or A Related Field Is Required For This Position. Additional Coursework Or Experience In The Areas Of Mechanics, Hydraulics, Or Electrical Systems Would Be Beneficial.
Problem Solving Skills: The Ability To Identify And Solve Complex Problems Is A Crucial Qualification For This Position. This Includes Applying Analytical Thinking, Troubleshooting, And Developing Creative Solutions.
Communication Skills: Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Necessary For Working Within Cross-Functional Teams And Presenting Findings To Management. Language Proficiency In German And English Is Preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity With Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Experience In Programming (C++, Java, Etc.) Are Important Skills For This Role. Experience With Precision Farming Technologies Is A Plus.
Teamwork And Collaboration: The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment Is Essential For This Role. This Includes Being Able To Collaborate With Colleagues From Various Departments, As Well As External Partners And Suppliers.
