Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operations of the Human Resources department.

• Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Maintain employee records and files in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Manage employee relations issues and provide advice and guidance to managers and staff.

• Provide support to HR team in the administration of benefit programs.

• Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR documents and reports.

• Respond to employee inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Assist with the development and maintenance of company organizational charts.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers.

• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
