Governance Risk Compliance Analyst

Provides leadership in defining, implementing and maintaining corporate security policies; supports and conducts internal and external security audits such as such as annual SOX, PCI DSS, HIPAA, ISO to ensure compliance. Guides the risk management program by facilitating the risk identification process and tracking the resolution of findings from internal/external audits, security testing and other control assessments. Leads the development of technical standards and procedures for IT and business units related to the secure configuration and management of technology. Leads the implementation and maintenance of the company’s security awareness program, including execution of regular phishing assessments, awareness training and other activities. Plans, conducts and leads regular risk assessments with all directorates and departments; serves all directorates and departments in risk analysis, risk mitigation, and implementation of counter measures; monitors the progress of agreed risk treatment plans.
