  1. Develop and implement training programs for customers on John Deere equipment and technologies.
  2. Conduct training sessions for customers both in-person and virtually.
  3. Collaborate with product specialists and sales teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date training content.
  4. Continuously assess and improve training programs based on customer feedback and industry trends.
  5. Represent John Deere as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic trainer at industry events and trade shows.
  6. Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding training inquiries and concerns.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions.
  8. Provide timely and accurate reporting on training activities and outcomes.
  9. Stay current on industry and product knowledge to effectively train customers on new and existing equipment.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer training needs.
  11. Ensure all training materials and equipment are up-to-date and in good working condition.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with customers.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate training programs to meet the evolving needs of customers and the industry.
