Job Description

John Deere Company is seeking an experienced and motivated Construction & Forestry Field Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing technical service and support to our valued customers and dealers in the Construction & Forestry Equipment division. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, have a strong technical background, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while providing superior customer service.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a two year degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with experience in the construction and forestry equipment industry. We are looking for someone with excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills, and the ability to travel extensively throughout the region. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical service and support to customers and dealers in the Construction & Forestry Equipment division.
  2. Maintain excellent communication and customer service skills at all times.
  3. Utilize problem-solving and diagnostic techniques to identify and resolve customer issues.
  4. Travel extensively throughout the region to provide technical support and customer service.
  5. Maintain a professional attitude and demeanor to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Assist customers with technical inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting.
  7. Provide timely and accurate feedback to customers and dealers.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers.
  9. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technology advancements.
  10. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
