Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement assembly and manufacturing processes that are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with safety standards
• Design and construct assembly fixtures and tooling to optimize production and minimize production costs
• Develop, implement, and maintain Lean Manufacturing processes and principles
• Evaluate existing assembly and manufacturing processes and recommend improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and quality issues
• Analyze assembly and manufacturing data to identify trends and areas of improvement
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators for assembly and manufacturing processes
• Coordinate multiple tasks and projects to ensure timely completion
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Compile and analyze reports to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
