
Assembly Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement assembly and manufacturing processes that are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with safety standards
- Design and construct assembly fixtures and tooling to optimize production and minimize production costs
- Develop, implement, and maintain Lean Manufacturing processes and principles
- Evaluate existing assembly and manufacturing processes and recommend improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve production and quality issues
- Analyze assembly and manufacturing data to identify trends and areas of improvement
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators for assembly and manufacturing processes
- Coordinate multiple tasks and projects to ensure timely completion
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Compile and analyze reports to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering
+ Years Of Experience In Assembly Manufacturing
Experience With John Deere Product Lines
Knowledge Of Cad/Cae Software
Experienced With Lean Manufacturing Principles
Strong Problem Solving And Communication Skills
Ability To Interpret And Use Technical Drawings.
