Analytics Manager, Business Intelligence
John Deere Company is looking for an Analytics Manager, Business Intelligence to join our team. We are searching for a creative and innovative individual who is passionate about using data to drive business success. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in SQL and data analysis, with experience in developing business intelligence strategies to optimize data-driven decisions. The Analytics Manager, Business Intelligence will have a deep understanding of data analysis and predictive modeling, and be responsible for leading our data-driven initiatives.The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, predictive modeling, and business intelligence• Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, R, and/or other analytics software• Proven track record of developing business intelligence strategies to drive successful outcomes• Excellent problem solving and communication skills• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teamsIf you are an experienced analytics professional with a passion for data-driven decision making, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop business intelligence strategies to optimize data-driven decisions.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets using SQL, Python, R, and/or other analytics software.
- Monitor and analyze trends to identify areas of improvement.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate data-driven insights to senior management.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Manage and mentor junior data analysts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
