Knowledge Of Agriculture Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Agriculture Industry, Including Market Trends, Customer Needs, And Competitors In The Air Seeding Segment.
Product Management Experience: A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Agriculture Industry, Is Required For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products Through Their Lifecycle.
Technical Aptitude: The Air Seeding Product Manager Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Familiar With The Mechanical And Operational Aspects Of Air Seeding Equipment. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Communicate With Engineers And Other Technical Teams.
